Experience
He worked as a consulting and litigator lawyer in Criminal, Civil, Family, Financial, Labor and Administrative Law in several high-profile law firms in the country. He served as a disciplinary regime analyst at the National Secretariat for Policy Management. He is an expert in complex litigation, both in ordinary jurisdiction and in Arbitration.
Studies
Law degree from the Universidad Central del Ecuador, with Superior Certification in Adversary Oral Litigation pursuant to the General Organic Code of Proceedings (COGEP), granted by Oral Litigation Ecuador (LOE). Higher Specialization in Financial, Stock Market and Insurance Law at the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar. He has participated in several courses and seminars, training in various branches of Law.
