Yesterday our associate lawyer Fabeyra Curiel López was part of the Working Session for the Implementation of ILO Convention 190 organized by the British Ecuadorian Chamber and UN Women. 

? In January 2020, Ecuador approved the ratification of ILO Convention 190 on Prevention of Harassment and Violence in the workplace. The mapping of Ecuadorian regulations reveals that 12 articles of ILO Convention 190 are related to national regulations.
