She is the Project Director of the company TUTORE. She was a Researcher at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, Faculty of Jurisprudence, attached to the Observatory of Constitutional Justice of the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar
She maintains experience in handling international fraud and anti-corruption cases. She is an active member of the Observatory of Criminology, Criminal Policy and Criminal Enforcement. She is the author and co-author of several academic papers, Monism and Dualism in Jurisprudential lines of the Ecuadorian Constitutional Court; Confluences of the legal doctrine of the Ecuadorian Constitutional Court 2008-2018: Analysis of networks. Both endorsed and published as academic research articles and indexed in relevant legal journals.
She is also the author of legal articles for the World Compliance Association, including “International cooperation mechanisms to combat money laundering”. In addition, she has extensive experience in handling international fraud and computer crime, her title work was titled “International cooperation mechanisms for investigation of Phishing crime.”
She wrote several articles for the magazine LINKS of the British Ecuadorian Chamber, among the most prominent one entitled “The S.A.S a bet of the system to form a successful corporate structure.”
She was recognized by the Animal Action Foundation for her work on issues related to animal protection, in the emblematic case of “Valiente” as it is one of the most relevant cases of animal abuse prosecuted in the country.
Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador PUCE, she has higher studies in Cybersecurity, Ethical Hacking and Computer Forensics at the University of the Americas UDLA. She holds the Certified Franchise Professional (CFP) credential, she has an international certification in the same area granted by the US. Commercial Services, AMCHAM Peru and GNF. She has a certification in Oral Litigation Techniques, Skills and Skills awarded by INSELEGCORP. She also has a certification in Portfolio Recovery and Effective Collections with Neurolinguistic Programming granted by AMCHAM Quito and Factor Humano.
She has a superior proficiency in the English language granted by the Institute of Foreign Language of the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, she has a certification in the basic level French language granted by the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.

She is currently a member of the Triathlon team of the FEXLAW Law Firm and has competed in 1 Olympic category Triathlon in posts and 1 complete Triathlon.
