Experience

He worked as a consultant and litigator attorney in Criminal, Civil, Family, Tenancy, Hereditary, Insolvency and Administrative Law in several high-profile law firms in the country. He was a Consulting Lawyer and Director of the Legal Area of ​​the Ecuadorian Paralympic Committee. During his career on the Committee, he provided legal advice on issues of Sports Law, Administrative and Public Procurement Law. He is an expert in complex litigation, both in ordinary jurisdiction and in arbitration.

He obtained the Superior Certification in Adversary Oral Litigation according to COGEP, granted by Universidad de Los Hemisferios in collaboration with the Oral Litigation Project Ecuador, LOE; he has also passed the course on Extension on Allegations, Appeals and Evidence in Administrative and judicial Procedures (according to the COA, COGEP, COIP), conferred by the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador. Likewise, he excelled in the Specialized course on COGEP, in the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador.

Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica of Ecuador, with Superior Certification in Adversary Oral Litigation pursuant to the General Organic Code of Proceedings (COGEP), granted by Oral Litigation Ecuador (LOE); Diploma of Extension on Allegations, Resources and Evidence in Administrative and Judicial Procedures of the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador. Certification against Counter Examination and Expert Evidence granted by Oral Litigation Ecuador (LOE); and, Specialization in the General Code of Processes, by the Pontificia Universidad Católica of Ecuador, among other courses. Additionally, he is currently studying a Higher Course in Law: Oral Litigation given by the General Foundation of the Salamanca Foundation.
