Lawyer from the Catholic University of Colombia and Professional in Finance and International Business from the Santiago de Cali University with a Master’s Degree in Constitutional Law and Specialization in Management with emphasis in logistics and International Trade from the Externado University of Colombia; He is currently studying the Doctorate in Law program at the Universidad Externado de Colombia.
