Carolina Román Ulloa is an Associate in Fexlaw's criminal law practice. She holds a law degree from the Universidad Central del Ecuador and a Master's in Criminal Procedure and Trial Advocacy from the Instituto de Altos Estudios Nacionales (IAEN).
She specializes in criminal law, with experience in the technical defense of complex criminal proceedings at the pre-trial, investigation and trial stages.
Before joining Fexlaw she worked at criminal law firms in Quito, at the Legal Aid Clinic of the Universidad Central and at the Fiscalía (Attorney General's Office), where she received criminal complaints and handled requests for forensic medical examinations.
