Paul Vinces Franco is Deputy Coordinator, Civil Law and Arbitration at Fexlaw. He holds a Law Degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, with a sub-specialization in Business Law.
At Fexlaw he has worked in civil law, corporate law and personal data protection: he designs and implements compliance programs under the Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales (Personal Data Protection Act), drafts privacy policies, confidentiality and data processing agreements, and trains companies on the regulations.
He was an oralist for the USFQ arbitration team, which won the 10th National Arbitration Competition of the CAM AMCHAM (2021) and was a finalist in the 11th (2022). He was a teaching assistant in Family Law at the USFQ.
