Our initiatives in favor of gender equality include the participation of the women on our team in sporting activities:
- Football championships.
- Cycling races.
- Triathlons.
Through sport, we empower and promote equal participation of the men and women of our firm.
Externally, we deepened our alliances with the private sector and organized two webinars with Oriente Seguros to raise awareness in our community about gender-based violence. With our team, we also held workshops and talks focused on gender equality and the leadership of the women on our team.
